This collection of textures has been inspired by the themes of decay and aging. Each frame depicts the ways that different materials have endured the afflictions of the elements and time. Despite their differences, it can be seen plainly that none of these materials have gone unscathed. This gives rise to the idea that everything is prone to the ravages of time; all things that were once young and new must decay and grow old. I believe that this inevitable aging is part of everyone's world, both affecting and influencing us and our surroundings. This concept of passing time has always intrigued me and by sharing these textures I hope to present this idea as well as some useful resources.

I hope the quality is okay (my camera is terrible). I do have (slightly) higher resolution versions of these (~ 3000 x 4000px) which you can request...
